My journey starts here
Let us make your coodo dream a reality
It all starts with, hello...
Each coodo journey is unique. So we tailor make each project to suit your specific set of circumstances.
We kick things off with a phone call, Skype or FaceTime meeting and get to know the ins and outs of your project.
Key considerations include:
Planning and building regulations
Budget & Timeline
The above will help us design a project proposal to take your coodo from dream to reality.

My coodo project
Every element of your coodo journey is considered. Whether you are setting up a garden annex or building a home for your family nothing is left to chance.
Along with specification of your coodo, its styling and features we will spend time with you to design, plan and coordinate the various steps and processes needed to make the journey a success.
This includes submissions for planning approval if not yet in place, sourcing 3rd party contractors to complete groundworks and install services and coordinating delivery and installation activities.

Everyone does their bit
Whilst we build your coodo various people need to do their bit to make sure your coodo can simply be plugged in and enjoyed on delivery day.
Most of these activities will only be started after planning and building regulation approval has been granted.
Each project is different but things that typically need to happen include groundworks for foundations, electricity supply, water supply and drainage, communications and landscaping.
Whether you organise these elements yourself or appoint us to do this on your behalf, we will work with you to make sure things are kept on track and coordinated to avoid delays.
Things worth noting
Our initial consultation is free of charge and is meant to be exploratory. All information gathered during this consultation will be used to develop a project proposal setting out the various steps needed to deliver your coodo. Sadly, in some cases there might be things beyond our control that make delivering a coodo impossible; this might include, amongst others, access restrictions to site, poor ground quality or local planning, building or environmental regulations. We can therefore make no warrantee of guarantee of our ability to deliver a coodo. Only after relevant surveys, permissions and approvals are obtained can we proceed to deliver a coodo.
Your local council will have specific rules & regulations regarding coodo. You should always seek approval for placing a coodo on any land and for any accompanying groundworks, electricity and plumbing. The UK Planning Portal is a useful place to get guidance for these activities.
Siblingz currently does not offer an in-house site preparation service. However we will work with qualified, insured, reputable 3rd parties to complete a project.
Unless formally appointed under a Turnkey engagement, Siblingz will not accept any responsibility for 3rd party work or products that have been supplied by the client or their agents.
